In January 2001 Rain Saver Systems NZ began encouraging the people of Nelson and districts to conserve free rain water from the roof. From a 209 litre barrel or water butt made from recycled food grade plastic to a 25000 or 30000 litre tank we have a system to suit all requirements. Whether you are water saving  solely for garden use or as the only source of water, we can advise, quote, supply, and install a Rain Saver System especially for you.

We can clean and sterilize tanks without emptying them. Want to recycle the greywater from your laundry, bathroom and kitchen? We can do that too.  We have found, over the past few years, a growing demand, for our water conservation products, as well as pumps, filters, tank level indicators and the "Rain Wizard" - a clever little device that senses when the tank water has reached its low level and automatically switches to mains, bore or river back-up water. When rainfall has replenished the tank, the Rain Wizard switched back to tank water supply. We have supplied barrels from Auckland to Christchurch and to the West Coast of the South Island.
